What’s holding you back? Its time you hit the Road Solo
“Travel isn’t always pretty. It isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts; it even breaks your heart. But that’s okay. The journey changes you; it should change you. It leaves marks on your memory, on your consciousness, on your heart, and on your body. You take something with you. Hopefully, you leave something good behind.” – Anthony Bourdain
Why should we travel solo?
Traveling gives you happiness from within. It does amazing things to you, to your brain your heart and it works as a therapy for your soul. It’s a concept of conjugative flexibility you meet people from around different areas and walks of life. Women have been kicking ass as travelers, its high time you must face your fears if you still have any, get your bag back ready and set off to the favorite destination you’ve ever wanted to go, traveling is a learning experience no doubt, also it’s a way of letting go of everyday stress and worriers and come back on with a bang. Here we will talk about why as women you must travel solo. We are not discouraging you to not tag along with a friend but hey traveling solo has its own charm.
Travel to learn
When you are traveling you must understand not everything is under your control. Fear is one solid reason why women often prefer not to travel alone. There is always going to be something good something great and something not so great about your travel experience. You cannot control everything however you can always pre plan things and adjust to whatever works accordingly. While in conversation with a solo traveler from India, said, ‘I had been waiting to watch how the sun rises in this part of the forest but the weather had got to me and my family however we couldn’t help it, instead we ended up enjoying the gloomy sight it wasn’t what we had planned for but it wasn’t that bad at all’. This tells us that when you are traveling you should be up with an open spirit that comes what may we are here to enjoy this.
Travel without fear
You must never underestimate the kindness of others and must be open about meeting and gelling in with people from different parts of the world, just when you think you know enough it’s when you must stop thinking. There is a saying “The world is mostly safe and people are mostly good - Kelly Lewis”, and we cannot agree more, there is no need to fear talking to strangers, the more people you know there are more who look out for you also sometimes knowing people is just fun, you need to get something out of it.
Be your own BFF
Love yourself first before you love anyone else. Traveling helps you take a break and help you understand where life is heading; it helps rejuvenate your senses from within. You do not need to always tag along with someone sometimes you discover the most amazing experiences of a trip when you are all by yourself.
If you are still holding back we hope you don’t anymore , just slide your fear out and take a lead and own your desire for traveling also don’t forget to carry your own pack of Play deodorant to help you Secret Temptation.
